Your data will be processed by ACCA software S.p.A within the framework of D.Lgs.n.196/03 on "Protection of persons and companies as regard the processing of the personal data" in order to promote ACCA products and offers via telephone, internet, post, etc. Data may be processed by third parties working for Acca, who may reproduce it manually or by means of software programmes, for the purposes authorised by Acca for mailing promotional literature or may be processed directly by ACCA to keep you up to date with our product releases and promotions by automatic fax and e-mail transmission. Your data will not be disseminated. The communication of your own personal data is compulsory but the non-trasmission of them will not allow ACCA to send you the information relating to this form. In accordance with article 7 of the law D.Lgs. 196/03, your data may be examined, modified, completed or cancelled, without charge, by writing to our Data Processor domiciled at the Company's head office.
